1、 Refund conditions

 

Product quality issue: If the product you receive has quality defects such as damage, stains, missing parts, or other non-human damage, you have the right to apply for a refund. A refund request must be submitted within [3] days of receiving the product, and clear photos or videos of the product issue must be provided as evidence.

When the actual color, style, material, etc. of the product do not match the description on the platform's product detail page, you can apply for a refund. It is also required to initiate within [3] days after receiving the product, and attach a comparative explanation that reflects the discrepancy between the product and the description.

7-day no reason return: Without affecting secondary sales, within 7 days from the date you receive the product, even if there are no quality issues, you can apply for an no reason refund. The product must be kept intact in its original packaging, with complete accessories, and not worn, used, washed, etc.

 

2、 Refund process

 

Submit application: Log in to the Tmit Shop platform account, click the "Apply for Refund" button on the order details page, select the reason for the refund and fill in the relevant instructions, and upload the necessary vouchers (if any).

Review stage: After receiving your refund request, the platform will conduct a review within [7] working days. The reviewer will make a judgment based on the information you provide and the platform's refund policy.

Return of goods (if required): If approved, the platform will provide a return address for refund requests that require the return of goods. You need to return the product within [X] days after receiving the return address, and the return fee follows the relevant regulations of the platform (quality issues or discrepancies with the description are borne by the platform, and returns without reason are generally borne by the buyer).

Refund processing: Within [7] working days after receiving and confirming the returned goods, the platform will process the refund according to your original payment method. If using a bank card for payment, the refund usually takes [1] to [3] working days to arrive; When using a third-party payment platform (such as WeChat and Alipay) to pay, the time of refund is usually [1] - [3] working days.

 

3、 Special circumstances explanation

 

Customized products: Customized fashion items, due to their special nature, do not support refunds unless there are quality issues. Please carefully confirm your customization requirements before placing an order.

Promotional products: Products that participate in specific promotional activities (such as limited time discounts, discounts on purchases, etc.), if they meet the above refund conditions, can apply for a refund normally, but the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual payment amount, and the gifts must be returned together (if any).

 

Goods that have been used or damaged and affect secondary sales: For goods that have been used or damaged and seriously affect secondary sales, the platform has the right to refuse refund requests unless it can be proven that the abnormal use is caused by the quality problems of the goods themselves.
